How do I sign up to Streamer?
Click the Sign up button and follow the prompts to create your account with a valid email and password.
My club would like to begin streaming on Streamer, how do we go about it?
Please contact us at clubs@streamer.com.au and we will set up your page and walk you through the process to get your club up and streaming.
Do I have to pay to watch games?
You do not have to pay to watch the majority of games on Streamer but should you wish, you may contribute financially to your club with a Digital Fan Pass. Some competitions, including PSA WA, require you to purchase a League Pass to access the content.
How much is a Digital Fan Pass?
A Digital Fan Pass costs $5 per month with the majority going directly to the club. Purchasing a Digital Fan Pass gives a user access to create their own highlight clips from your team's live and on demand content and contributes to the club's ongoing streaming program.
How much is a League Pass?
A League Pass costs $5 per month with the majority going directly to the club. League Pass holders do not have access to create highlight clips, they may only view the content.
How do I unsubscribe from a Digital Fan Pass or League Pass or update my billing information?
To manage subscriptions, make sure you log into the account you created the subscription with i.e. email vs signing in with Google or Apple. Click the dropdown menu next to your profile photo and select 'Manage Billing'.
Why is the stream not working?
Match streaming is the responsibility of the leagues and clubs and any production companies they may use. General troubleshooting on your device can include, but is not limited to, checking your network signal or wifi connectivity, or updating your browser to the latest version. If you believe the issue lies on the Streamer platform, please contact us at info@streamer.com.au and we will investigate.
